The Salisbury Community Appearance and Salisbury Housing Advocacy Commissions are inviting residents and businesses to participate in a continuation of last month’s “BlockWork” neighborhood beautification project in the 900 block of N. Main Street, Saturday, Nov. 23, from 8 a.m. until noon.
