City Council Meeting 09-01-20
As the City continues to operate under a State of Emergency declaration related to the spread of COVID-19, all meetings of the Salisbury City Council will be held electronically until further notice.
The City Council is the governing body of the City of Salisbury. The Council is comprised of five members who are elected on a non-partisan basis for two-year terms. Each Council member serves at-large and represents the entire City.

Be Counted Census Giveaway
Join us on Saturday, Sept. 12, from noon to 2 p.m. at Brenner Crossing Apartment office for the “Be Counted Census Giveaway!” The giveaway is open to Rowan County residents who have not yet completed the 2020 Census.

Tree Board Meetings
The Tree Board meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 12:00 noon in the Salisbury-Rowan Utilities Conference Room at 1 Water Street.

Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Meetings
Meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of each month at 1:00 p.m. at rotating park facilities.
City services that might be on your bill include water, sewer, trash, recycling and stormwater.
