Public Art Committee

The Public Art Committee (PAC) was formed in 2003 to celebrate the City’s history and culture through public art in the downtown, including the Salisbury Sculpture Show, History and Art Trail and the Art in Public Spaces program. 

The Public Art Committee meets at One Water Street at 11:30 a.m.

Community Development Public Input Meeting

Between July 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020, the City of Salisbury will receive $454,000 in federal grant money to improve neighborhoods and expand housing opportunities. The public is invited to comment and review the draft action plan and budget for this money in two upcoming Public Input Meetings.

Salisbury Youth Council Meeting 06-01-19

The Salisbury Youth Council has regular meetings on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6 p.m. The location varies, we visit different city departments.  We hold a second monthly meeting that’s a project or activity.

Woofstock

Every snout counts! The Salisbury Fire Department will be providing free demos on how they use rescue masks on pets. There will also be live music, food, vendors and the annual Fur Fun 5K at 10 a.m. $20 entry fee for the 5K, proceeds go to the Dog PAWs dog park.
