Salisbury makes change to bill payment options Salisbury makes change to bill payment options City of Salisbury / Wednesday, February 23, 2022 0 3332 Salisbury is making a change to its Salisbury-Rowan Utilities’ bill payment system that affects 1 percent of its customers. As the city moves towards reducing its carbon footprint and operating more efficiently, six utility-bill drop box locations in Rowan County – Salisbury (2), China Grove, Rockwell, Granite Quarry and Spencer -- will be removed on Friday, April 1.
