Rowan HOME and CDBG 2023 Allocations Survey
The Cabarrus, Iredell, and Rowan County area receives annual funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for community development activities to benefit low-to-moderate-income residents. This is a collaborative process whereby the three-county community establishes a unified vision for affordable housing activities. We seek residents' input in creating the Annual HOME Action Plan.
