The Purchasing division provides a source of procedures, information and support related to the purchase of goods and services for all City departments. Our intention is to award to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder while being good stewards of tax payers dollars. We help to ensure that all purchasing activities are according to N.C. General Statutes and the City of Salisbury Purchasing Manual.

Doing Business with the City

Potential suppliers of goods or services are encouraged to complete a vendor application form and submit it to the Purchasing Manager.
