The Housing Advocacy Commission (HAC) is responsible for developing programs and receiving reports on activities related to housing and neighborhood conditions. The HAC provides a forum for issues related to fair housing and tenant/landlord responsibilities, and seeks ways to improve the condition of housing and neighborhoods within the City and its surrounding areas. The Commission has three subcommittees: Outreach, Awareness, and Partnerships; CDBG and HOME Action Plan Advisory; and Housing Condition
Meetings of the HAC are held via Zoom quarterly on February, May, September and December, on the 1st Thursday, at 4:00 p.m.
The Housing Advocacy Commission is a partner on the annual BlockWork project.
