The Salisbury Customer Service Center (CSC) will be closed Friday, Dec. 8, for a software upgrade that is expected to take most of the work day. Customer service telephone representatives and online bill pay also will be unavailable for the day.
Customers who have in-person needs are encouraged to visit the CSC before Friday, Dec. 8, or after Monday, Dec. 11.
