The Salisbury Police Department is currently investigating a shooting that occurred Wednesday, Feb. 2, at approximately 2:15 p.m. in the 500 Block of Admiral Drive. Officers arrived and located a male subject in a wooded area that had sustained a gunshot wound. The male subject was transported to Novant Hospital by Rowan County Emergency Service (EMS). Salisbury Police Department was made aware that another male subject had arrived at Novant Hospital with a gunshot wound. Anyone with information about the shooting incident, please contact Lt.
