The City of Salisbury’s New Year’s Eve at the Bell Tower event has been cancelled due to weather. 

 

"Our department has been monitoring the weather closely and decided it is in the safety of attendees and performers to cancel the event,” said Salisbury Parks and Recreation Director Nick Aceves. “The current condition of the park, the impending forecast and the fact that many aspects of our event rely on electricity, we will not pose a risk of public safety for attendees and those working the event. Our main priority is the safety of everyone and unfortunately we cannot continue tonight’s event in these conditions.”
