Traffic Advisory Update: Duke Energy and the City of Salisbury are replacing the mast arm signal pole along W. Innes St. at Church St. starting at 9 p.m. tonight. A westbound lane closure begins at 9 p.m.. followed by a full westbound closure with a detour at 10 p.m. The road is expected to reopen at 6 a.m. tomorrow, Friday, Sept. 15. Church Street will also be closed during this event.
Traffic Alert: The 100 block of North Church is closed to thru traffic until further notice, following an unsuccessful traffic signal arm replacement at Innes and Church last night. Drivers heading west on Innes should proceed straight through the intersection as we await Duke Energy's replacement of the mast arm. The westbound, left-hand turn lane is closed on W. Innes St. at Church St. Motorists and pedestrians should use caution while traveling in Downtown.
