The mission of the Salisbury-Rowan Human Relations Commission is to create an environment of hospitality, inclusiveness, acceptance and appreciation of the diversity of all people. The Human Relations Commission membership is appointed by the City Council and the Human Relations Commission .

Meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 217 South Main St. Salisbury, NC 28144.
