Alternatives To Face-To-Face Visits

To help aid preventative measures of spreading COVID-19, we strongly encourage all visitors to utilize online or phone services as an alternative to face-to-face interactions. For our service departments:

The following are payment methods accepted by the City that do not require face-to-face interaction:

  • Online: salisburync.gov/pay
  • One-Time Payments (no registration required, must have account #)
    • Auto Pay & Pay-By-Text (registration required)
    • Paperless billing (registration required)
  • Pay Over The Phone: 704-638-5300 (no registration required, must have account #)
  • Sign up for EFT (Direct Debit): Requires authorization form and voided check submitted to Customer Service, payment will be drafted on the 10th of the month (or next business day if the 10th is a weekend or holiday)
  • Customer’s personal bank’s bill pay services
  • Mail Check or Money Order (with remittance form located at the bottom of your bill) to City of Salisbury, P.O. Box 740600 Atlanta, GA 303074

The following does not require face-to-face interaction, but would require physical handling of payments/documents by Customer Service Center (CSC) staff:

  • Outside Drop Box located at CSC
  • Drive Through located at CSC

There are NO service fees for any of our payment options.
