The annual Salisbury City Council planning retreat will take place on Tuesday, January 27, and Wednesday, January 28, in City Council Chambers, City Hall, 217 South Main Street. The sessions will begin at 8:30 a.m. on both days.

Each January City Council sets aside time to outline strategic goals and projects for the coming year. The 2026 agenda features a review of the City’s Strategic Plan and presentations on a range of topics including (but not limited to) capital improvement, project management planning, housing strategies, and paving/street conditions.
