Salisbury is gathering community input that will inform the 2026-2027 Action Plan, which will guide how the city uses Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) & HOME Investment Partnership funding to address housing issues and provide services to low- and moderate-income community members from July 1st 2026 through June 30th 2027.

The survey is open until March 24, 2026.
