The City Council is the governing body of the City of Salisbury. The Council is comprised of five members who are elected on a non-partisan basis. Each Council member serves at-large and represents the entire City.

Salisbury City Council meets every first and third Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. (unless otherwise noted). Council meetings are open to the public.
