If you’re planning to start new water service or change your existing water service, here’s what you need to know.
If you own your property, bring the following documentation to the Salisbury Customer Service Center:
- Proof of ownership of property -acceptable proof of ownership includes: Registered Deed or Signed Closing Disclosure
- Government issued ID
- Social Security Number
If you are renting property, bring the following documentation to the Salisbury Customer Service Center:
- Copy of current lease/ rental agreement
- Government issued ID
- Social Security Number
- $150.00 deposit (check, cash or credit card accepted)
Things to consider:
Services can be set up in person at the Salisbury Customer Service Center located at 1415 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. Salisbury, NC 28144. Hours of operation are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The City of Salisbury provides next day business service Monday through Friday.
