Salisbury City Council will host its annual Goals Setting Retreat, Monday, Feb. 11, from 6 to 9 p.m., and Tuesday, Feb. 12, from 9 a.m. until the meeting is concluded, at Livingstone College - Department of Hospitality and Culinary Arts, 530 Jake Alexander Boulevard South. 
     Topics for the retreat will include preliminary discussions of the upcoming budget, the 10-year Capital Improvement Plan, a review of the previous year’s goals, Council’s mission and vision statement, and other agenda items as requested by Council from staff.  
     The retreat is open to the public. The agenda will be available to the public prior to the event date.
