The City of Salisbury’s Customer Service Department makes it easy for residents to pay their bills at no additional charge through the official City website at
www.salisburync.gov/billpay. Residents of Salisbury can pay their bills fast and on time with no “convenience fees.” In particular, the online payment method will save both time and money because of its easy and user-friendly format. Patrons have 24-hour access to the service seven days a week, with the added benefit of knowing what they owe and when to pay in advance.
One-Time Payment

2) Click the One-Time Payment button.
3) Once you arrive to the page, click on
the Pay Now button.
4) View your invoices which will tell you
the amount you owe and the date
your payment is due.
Advanced Online Payments

3) Login with your username and
your password.
4) View your invoices which will tell you
the amount you owe and the date
your payment is due.
A 1.5% penalty will be applied if not paid within 24 days of bill date. Service will be suspended after the 25th day after the bill date. Services will be restored upon payment of applicable fees.
