If you own your property, bring the following documentation to the Salisbury Customer Service Center:

1. Proof of ownership of property -acceptable proof of ownership includes: Registered Deed or Signed Closing Disclosure
2. Government issued ID
3. Social Security Number

If you are renting property, bring the following documentation to the Salisbury Customer Service Center:

1. Copy of current lease/ rental agreement
2. Government issued ID
3. Social Security Number
4. $150.00 deposit (check, cash or credit card accepted)

Things to consider: 

Services can be set up in person at the Salisbury Customer Service Center located at 1415 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. Salisbury, NC 28144. Hours of operation are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The City of Salisbury provides next day business service Monday through Friday.
