The City of Salisbury’s Capital Project Management Department (CPMD) provides centralized planning, coordination and oversight for major City infrastructure and facility projects. The department works across City departments to support the effective delivery of capital projects from early project definition and planning through implementation and completion.
CPMD is responsible for project coordination, tracking and reporting, helping ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget and aligned with the City’s priorities. By providing dedicated project management and improving communication among departments, contractors and other project partners, CPMD brings greater consistency, accountability and transparency to the City’s capital project delivery process while allowing operational departments to remain focused on their day-to-day services and responsibilities.
