Zoning Board of Adjustment Meetings

The Zoning Board of Adjustment is a “quasi-judicial” administrative body that operates on a level between the enforcement officers and the courts through interpretation of the zoning ordinance. The responsibility of the board is to interpret the meaning of parts of the ordinance that are unclear; apply the ordinance to particular fact situations; and correct any mistakes or abuses of discretion that the Zoning Administrator may have made in administering the ordinance.


The Zoning Board of Adjustment meets the 2nd Monday of each month at 5:15 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall.
