Salisbury Mayor Karen Alexander will host the Virtual Mayor’s Spirit Luncheon, Monday, August 9, from noon to 1 p.m., live via the City's Facebook page. 

This year, the Spirit Luncheon will highlight the “Luminaries” of Salisbury and Rowan County, who were the guiding lights for residents during the pandemic. “Luminaries: Recognizing Salisbury’s Lightkeepers,” is designed to uplift individuals, agencies and organizations who provided creative, exemplary, thoughtful service to the community during COVID-19.
