Interim City Manager Brian Hiatt presented a proposed budget for the fiscal year 2022-2023 (FY23) to Salisbury’s City Council, Tuesday, May 24. City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed budget Tuesday, June 7 during the Salisbury City Council meeting. Council must adopt a final budget by Thursday, June 30.
