Wine About Winter returns to historic Downtown Salisbury on Friday, Feb. 2, from 5 to 9:30 p.m. Wine connoisseurs throughout the region are invited to tour the wines of Rowan County and beyond during the 11th annual Wine About Winter wine-tasting tour.
Attendees will sample a variety of wines at various downtown shops and restaurants, spanning from Main to Lee Streets. They will receive a signature Wine About Winter tasting glass, a special Wine About Winter wine carrying bag and free trolley shuttle services will be available for transportation to all locations. In addition, this year, the tasting pass will grant access to five extra wine samples compared to previous years, bringing the total to 25 samples.
Tickets are $30 per person in advance and $38 on the event day if not sold out. Additional processing fees and taxes are not included in this price.
Ticket holders must be 21 years of age or older with a state-issued photo I.D. showing their date of birth. Each ticket holder must be present when checking in or purchasing tickets.
Check-in is located at the Paul E. Fisher Gateway Building (Visitors Center) at 204 E. Innes St. Doors will open at 4 p.m.
