The family-owned soft drink Cheerwine and its hometown of Salisbury, N.C., are teaming up to bring back the annual “Cheerwine Festival” for its third consecutive year.
The City of Salisbury and Cheerwine are teaming up once again to host the third annual Cheerwine Festival, Saturday, May 18, in downtown Salisbury from noon to 10 p.m. Vendors who want to participate can apply now, at cheerwinefest.com.
The City of Salisbury has been designated one of two cities as a Runner Friendly Community by the Road Runners Club of America. To obtain this designation, the City was evaluated in three primary categories: community infrastructure, community support and local government support.
