SPD Unveils New Crime Information Center SPD Unveils New Crime Information Center Salisbury Police Department / Monday, August 9, 2021 0 56959 The Salisbury Police Department (SPD) recently debuted its new Rowan Regional Crime Information Center (RRCIC), a law enforcement hub which enables Rowan County agencies to more closely monitor and help solve crime incidents. The RRCIC boasts views of public and private camera systems and shared record management systems among agencies. This includes communicating with business and property owners concerning violations, responding and addressing code violations and nuisances such as illegal dumping, tall grass, etc., and spreading awareness about code enforcement to residents.
