Begin the evening at 4:00 pm by Trick-or-Treating with the Downtown Salisbury businesses! After you fill your buckets with goodies, make your way over to the fabulous Bell Tower Green for lots of entertainment & games!

Dress to impress for our costume contest starting at 6:30 pm.

Trick-or-Treating with Downtown Merchants (Downtown Salisbury Businesses): 4:00 pm-6:00 pm
Games, Entertainers, and Hay Ride at Bell Tower Green: 4:00 pm-6:30 pm
Costume Contest at Bell Tower Green: 6:30 pm (promptly)
