	City departments will begin their budget process later this month in preparation for the upcoming fiscal year. 	The Hurley Park Advisory Committee assists in the development of Hurley Park and seeks sponsors for Hurley Park in accordance with the master plan. “Wine About Winter…in flip-flops and tank tops” is returning this summer to Downtown Salisbury on Friday, June 3. Wine connoisseurs throughout the region are invited to tour the wines of Rowan County, North Carolina and beyond during the ninth annual wine-tasting crawl. Typically held in the winter months, the traditional event was postponed in early 2022 due to the rise in the COVID-19 omicron variant.
