Salisbury Police shares internal review of Thelma’s Restaurant Incident

Salisbury Police Department Police Chief Jerry Stokes released the results of an internal departmental review of the shooting incident at Thelma’s Down Home Cooking, 1935 Jake Alexander Blvd., where six victims were shot at approximately 12:05 a.m. on Sunday, January 26.

A news conference was held today, Thursday, April 16, via Facebook Live to review the findings, suggestions and implementation of future initiatives within the police department moving forward.
