Reporting Storm Damage for Historic Properties

The North Carolina State Historic Preservation Office would like to receive reports of storm damaged historic properties (National Register-listed, eligible, surveyed, determined eligible, locally designated), and have created a public portal at the following link:  https://www.ncdcr.gov/state-historic-preservation-office/hurricane-florence-historic-properties-damage-report

Please note that this reporting is meant ONLY for registered historic properties, and it is for reference purposes to aid the Historic Preservation Office in organizing their response in coming days.

It is NOT for insurance claims or requests for public aid.  It is likewise NOT for requests for immediate life or death public assistance.
