The CDBG and HOME Program Action Plan is available for viewing at City Hall (217 S. Main St.), City Office Building (132 N. Main St.), and Rowan Public Library (201 W. Fisher St.). It is also available online at salisburync.gov/housing. Comments may be submitted to Graycen Murray by email at graycen.murray@salisburync.gov or by phone at 704-638-5324.
