Begin the evening at 4:30 p.m. by Trick-or-Treating with the Downtown Salisbury businesses! After you fill your buckets with goodies, make your way over to the fabulous new Bell Tower Green Park for some fun entertainment and games! Dress to impress for our costume contest starting at 7:00 p.m.
Don't forget to check out the awesome Jack-O-Lantern Luminaries around Bell Tower Green while you're there! If you're interested in making your own luminary, stop by City Hall, City Park, Civic Center, Hall Gym or Miller Teen Center for your bag to decorate. Return your bag to us by Friday, October 28 at 5:00 p.m. to be displayed onsite at Bell Tower Green during the Halloween Fun Fest event!
