From New York to Salisbury, Anthony Dito considers himself a true Salisburian. He has been employed with the City of Salisbury Public Works Department for more than 20 years. As part of the waste division, his duties include operating the garbage truck for curbside collection services removing residential garbage and yard waste. During inclement weather, Anthony also assists with snow removal.
“The favorite part of my job is that every day I’m able to assist with keeping Salisbury beautiful. I visit different areas throughout the city doing my job punctually. Residents expect me to get rid of their trash and I do my best to be there to pick-up materials.”
