When reserving a shelter, open reserve and pavilion and I want to cancel my reservation, can I get a refund?

Fees paid-to date will be refunded, except for the administration fee of $7.00, for cancellation of a park rental agreement thirty days or more in advance of the use date. City policy makes it necessary that all rental or other refunds be made by check issued by the City Comptroller. It takes approximately 14 to 21 working days (3 weeks) to process and mail a refund check. Fees paid-to date will be forfeited for cancellation less than thirty days of the permit use date.
