Detectives with the Salisbury Police Department have made two arrests in connection with the death investigation of Landis Darnell Glaspy (DOB: 03/17/1971), which was previously reported on January 22, 2026.

The CDBG and HOME Program Action Plan is available for viewing at City Hall (217 S. Main St.), City Office Building (132 N. Main St.), and Rowan Public Library (201 W. Fisher St.).
