The city of Salisbury and the Salisbury PD have developed a strong working relationship with their local federal agencies in conducting investigations. These relationships were built through the National Public Safety Partnership (PSP). This initiative enables cities to consult with and receive intensive training and technical assistance (TTA) and an array of resources from DOJ’s programmatic and law enforcement components to help locations build sustainable capacities and reduce violent crime.
