The Sculpture Show Selection Subcommittee of the Salisbury Public Arts Commission will hold a meeting at 11:00 am on Friday, February 20, 2026. This meeting will take place virtually. For more information, please contact the Planning and Neighborhoods department at 704-638-5240.

The Salisbury Public Arts Commission will hold a meeting at 11:30 am on Monday, February 23, 2026. This meeting will take place at the Salisbury Customer Service conference room, 1415 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave.

The Sidewalk Poetry Subcommittee of the Salisbury Public Arts Commission will hold a meeting at 11:30 am on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. This meeting will take place at the City Office Building, 132 North Main Street.

Salisbury City Council meets every first and third Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. (unless otherwise noted). Council meetings are open to the public.

The Greenway, Bicycle and Pedestrian Committee’s mission is to create a safe, connected, and accessible network of bike lanes, sidewalks, and greenways to encourage walking and cycling for transportation, recreation, and health benefits. To advocate for infrastructure improvements, policies, programs, and grants that prioritize alternative modes of transportation for the Salisbury Community. To promote collaboration and partnerships among city and county officials, and staff; tourism; advocacy groups; and the community to insure buy-in and support from the broader constituents. With a goal to integrate new pedestrian and bicycle plans and policy recommendations with existing efforts at local, county, and regional levels.

The City of Salisbury Parks & Recreation Advisory Board. The Advisory board meets the 2nd Thursday of every month at 1 pm unless otherwise noted.

The Tree Board meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. via Zoom meeting.
