MLK Parade Canceled Due to Inclement Weather; Resource Fair to Proceed

After thoughtful deliberation, the Human Relations Commission and the MLK Committee have decided to cancel the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. parade scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 18 due to the forecasted inclement weather.

The Community Resource Fair will proceed as planned on Saturday, Jan. 18, at the Civic Center (315 S. MLK Jr. Ave) from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The fair will feature free food, school supplies, and information from local community agencies. Admission is free and everyone is welcome to attend.
