The City of Salisbury is collaborating with McAdams, a professional engineering and design firm, to design plans that will improve the safety, mobility and appearance of a 10-block section of Main Street.
The project is in the early stages of collecting information and gathering community input.
This input from residents will include values, character and vision, and will help create multiple alternatives for the street layout, including parking, sidewalks and landscaping.
