Salisbury has reached last year’s community development goals. The 2018-19 CAPER (Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report) details the City’s progress. City Council set these goals in last year’s Action Plan.
The City’s community development goals are: - affordable housing - public infrastructure improvements - provision of public services - fair housing
The report’s draft is open to public comment from Sept. 23 to Oct. 8. The draft is available online and in hard copy at many locations. See below for the list of locations.
To comment on the draft, attend the public hearing or send an email. The public hearing will be Tuesday, Oct. 1 at 6 p.m. in City Hall, 217 S. Main St. To email your comments, contact Hannah.Jacoboson@salisburync.gov.
