The Salisbury Police Department is investigating a homicide in the 1000 block of Freeland Drive, near S. Arlington St.
Officers were called to the area at approximately 9 p.m. and located one deceased male in the parking lot of Salisbury Shopping Center. Preliminary information suggests that the deceased suffered from at least one gunshot wound.
Detectives are currently on the scene, investigating the incident. Officers shared that there is no current threat to public safety.
The name of the victim is being withheld pending family notification.
