This month’s employee spotlight is Mitchell Leonard, a Utilities Systems Maintenance Supervisor with Salisbury-Rowan Utilities. With 21 years of service to the city, Mitchell oversees the maintenance of two wastewater plants—Town Creek and Grants Creek—and 34 lift stations across Rowan County. He manages a team of six, ensuring machinery is well-maintained, operations run smoothly, and new equipment is ordered as needed.
