Brad Gorman joined the City of Salisbury Public Works Department in 2002, and currently serves as the grounds operations manager. He is responsible for overseeing and developing the grounds maintenance division work plan for employees, preparing the division’s annual budget, and coordinating work schedules to assist City departments with maintaining all park and recreational areas, City-owned right of ways and cemetery burials.
