Currently serving as Sergeant, Neal Brown has been employed with the City of Salisbury Police Department for 16 years. In his current role, Sergeant Brown supervises nightly operations of the David Team, conducts briefings at the beginning of the shift to make the team aware of what happened the previous 12 hours, and provides night-to-night police services to the citizens of Salisbury.
“A notable aspect of my job is when we’re able to work diligently and collaboratively to ensure that justice is served for our residents and their families. Another aspect is at the end of the shift, when I see officers going home safely.”
