Kenneth Graham started his career with the City of Salisbury Public Works Department in 2015 before transitioning to Salisbury Community Planning Services. In his current role as a code enforcement officer, Kenneth issues warnings, official notices and citations to obtain compliance with zoning laws and building ordinances within city limits. This includes communicating with business and property owners concerning violations, responding and addressing code violations and nuisances such as illegal dumping, tall grass, etc., and spreading awareness about code enforcement to residents.
“My main objective is protecting the quality of life for all residents. I enjoy interacting with the community. As a Salisbury native, I know the area and quite a few people. It’s nothing like driving down the street and I hear a resident calling my name and waving. It’s good that we can work together to make life better for everyone where they live.”
