In summer 2018, Salisbury debuted its resident reporting and service request tool, Salisbury311. Salisbury311 allows community members to be involved with the upkeep of the city by submitting problems or observations to Salisbury city staff. Submissions by users are turned into work orders that are emailed to the appropriate city department.
Salisbury311 provides residents and community members with a way to submit requests and complaints regarding issues such as missing road signs, potholes, abandoned vehicles, city code infractions, illegal dumping, environmental health issues, etc.
Salisbury311 can be accessed via a computer, as well as smartphones and tablets, using an internet browser at
salisburync.gov/311. Residents also can create a free account, allowing them to track their previously submitted requests and track their progress toward completion.
