May utility bills will arrive late to Salisbury-Rowan Utilities (SRU) customers. Please note the following tentative updates:
Customers who receive their bill electronically can view it online on Tuesday, May 2.
Customers who received their utility bills through U.S. mail should expect it by Saturday, May 6 (possibly sooner).
Bills dated May 1, 2023, are due by May 24, 2023. Bills paid by this date will avoid a late fee.
Salisbury Customer Service (SCS) is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to answer any questions or concerns by emailing customerservice@salisburync.gov or by calling 704-638-5300.
