Be The Difference, Be An I.T. Manager - Employee Spotlight: Dale Waters

    This month’s employee spotlight is Dale Waters, the City of Salisbury Information Technology (IT) Manager. He is responsible for meeting the technology needs of the City of Salisbury by maintaining existing technology and fostering technology growth. Dale consults with City departments on technology needs, works with the IT staff to identify projects and priorities, and manages the IT budget and technology contracts.
     “My favorite part of working for the City of Salisbury has to be the many opportunities I have been afforded to make Salisbury a better place to live, work, and play. I have seen a tremendous amount of growth within our organization and our community in the last 13 years. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve.”
