This month’s employee spotlight is Kaisha L. Brown, the city’s communications coordinator. In her role, Kaisha leads the development of the internal communication strategy, ensuring employees are well-connected, informed, and engaged by creating and sharing content through various channels. She also manages internal crisis communication during emergencies and inclement weather.
When asked about her role, Kaisha said, “I really enjoy connecting with my coworkers and our residents. With the new responsibilities in my role, I’m excited to work on developing the city’s internal strategic plan, which will shape how we approach communications moving forward.”
